We offer free shipping to most countries in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. However, customers located in Africa, the Middle East, and South America may be subject to additional shipping fees of $15/kg. Please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order to confirm any extra shipping costs.

3. Shipping Time

We strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible. On average, packages to the United States, Europe, and Asia will take between 5-6 business days to arrive, while packages to other areas may take 7-8 business days. Please note that these estimates are based on typical shipping times and may vary depending on your location.

4. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use well-known express shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your packages. However, for larger orders or certain locations, we may use alternative shipping methods. Our customer service team will notify you of any changes to your shipping method before processing your order.

5. Customs and Taxes

We do our best to ensure that our customers do not incur any additional customs or taxes fees. However, if you do incur any fees upon receiving your package, please contact our customer service team and provide us with a copy of your invoice. 6. Expedited Shipping & Delivery Dates

For different delivery dates, we need to arrange an expedited production cycle and faster courier services. Therefore, the earlier the delivery date, the additional shipping fee will be charged at different rates.
