2. Description of Services
iPrintBazar provides a platform for designing, ordering, and fulfilling custom merchandise. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
When you upload designs, logos, or artwork to our platform, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use such content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant iPrintBazar a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders.
5. Ordering and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received in full before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. If a product arrives defective or misprinted, you must contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPrintBazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
